Hours: Part time, flexible (Monday to Friday minimum commitment of 3 hours per day ideally 9.30am – 11.30am)
Pay: Hourly rate to be discussed + commission

Kape Internships was founded in 2012 by Rui Zamith (Founder) We are a small, dedicated team of four working remotely to provide a professional and results orientated service for both students and graduates to secure valuable internships across the UK.

Job Description:
This is a remote working position, where you will be exposed to Recruitment, Research, Business Development and Administration. Tasks will be carried out professionally and in line with the current process and policies.


– Coordinating internships for candidates
You will manage candidates from handover right through to placement in a company. CV’s and candidate records on our systems will be kept up to date and any questions or queries they have will be answered in a timely manner.

– Managing our company network
Researching new business contacts and building a network of companies who are recruiting. Contacting our existing company network, sending CV’s booking interviews and managing the companies expectations whilst ensuring our reputation.

– Working closely with our team of dedicated staff using Skype & Google Hangouts
– Managing emails to candidates and companies
– Updating our database on Trello
– Management of job adverts and filtering of candidates for each opportunity online.

We are looking for candidates with a positive, can-do attitude. You must be super organised, manage your own time and develop a knack for anticipating the needs of companies and candidates. We are looking for team players.
