Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

Kape Internships was established in 2010 and provides professional career coaching to students & graduates along with organising valuable internship placements within companies across London. Our reputation is second to none and we continue to grow successfully year on year.

We are currently looking for a talented Internship Coordinator to join our small team and assist in organising placements for our candidates. You must love communicating and helping people, have a very good level of English and ideally some experience of life in London (or as an expat).

We have been doing this for over 10 years. Our process is solid, quality driven and it generates results. However, this is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and get to work.

A day in the life:

You will work closely with our Founder & Career Coach, and will be responsible for:

– Managing candidates registered on our program on completion of the Career Coaching stage.
– Building relationships with our candidates to understand their individual situation & requirements
– Building relationships with our network of companies recruiting for interns
– Matching candidates with companies & internship job specifications
– Sending CVs & following up via email & sometimes phone
– Booking & confirming interviews
– Confirming placements and issuing offer letters
– Ensuring a professional, reliable service is provided to every candidate on our program and to employers within our network
– Ensuring our CRM system (Trello) is kept up to date
– General admin using MS Word & Excel
– Researching new companies and internship opportunities (online, job platforms & social media)
– Chasing payments

About you:

– You’ll have demonstrable experience in HR, recruitment or account management, ideally you had to deal with candidates and companies.
– You have great communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You love talking to people and feel motivated about connecting our candidates with companies.
– You love working independently, with flexibility, and are looking for a positive working environment (some of our team members have been with us for over 8 years).

This is a fully remote, part time position and you will receive full training and support.

Please note: You must be self employed, this is not an employed job. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. We offer a competitive salary and potential to grow within the organisation.

Sounds good? We hope to hear from you.
